Heater Fan

I have a 1994 Ford Explorer and the heater does not light up. ESF and relays are fine. The engine had one?

The engine had a gasket cylinder head and replaced then I noticed the problem, so the car will not run properly at idle. I was told that the throttle position sensor can be bad. Any suggestions as to the problems here? I feel a light flow of air from the heater without me turning the fan switch on (it does not work). Could it change? Chech engine light comes on and then off. And the car starts to lose acceleration but when all the press down on the pedal acclerates well until he loses power again.
