Using TrueCrypt to the folder / file locking?

Hi does anyone know how to use open source software turecrypt for the folder or the lock file. I went through the documentation but I could not understand, if someone has already used this software, please let me know how to use it. I need a very basic job of it. Thanks in advance

Here's basically how it works: Truecrypt basically created an encrypted file (. TC FOR TrueCrypt) somewhere on your disk. This file, once loaded, appears in Windows as another drive letter (E:, F:, …). Any file you put there be encrypted. So, unless someone knows the password for your TC. File, which are well protected. Once the file. TC is created, you have to "mount" she. You can get a. TC with a password, a password file, or both. A key file is any file (s) on your computer. You have to select these files when you open your CT. or not open. NOTE: Be careful when selecting the key options file. If you lose your files, or modification, you will not be able to open your.
